Help us deliver precisely measured, food-safe sugar to customers every day. In this hands-on role, you’ll blend quality, safety, and logistics to ensure dry and liquid sweeteners are packaged, documented, and shipped correctly—meeting regulatory, SQF, and GMP expectations.

What You’ll Tackle

• Accurately fill and measure bulk sugar in trailers and railcars—meeting customer specs every time.
• Load and verify liquid sugar co-products using trailers and railcars.
• Run the sugar tote-filling system from setup through final checks.
• Complete required quality checks; record results and resolve issues with your team lead.
• Use computers daily for documentation and make minor programming adjustments at the machine when directed.
• Cross-train to operate the powdered sugar mill and consistently meet quality targets.
• Follow safe work practices and keep the area clean, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Pitch in on additional duties as production needs change.

Must-Haves

• Production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable learning HMI/program changes.
• Knowledge of—or ability to adopt and promote—SQF and GMP requirements; prior quality systems experience preferred.
• Fork-truck training readiness and ability to maintain a valid fork truck license; willing to drive as needed.
• Open to any shift; available for weekend overtime.
• Physically able to climb stairs/ladders, use catwalks, bend, and lift.
• High school diploma preferred.

Reality of the Work

• Repetitive lifting/carrying of 40–50 lbs.
• Anything over 50 lbs is lifted with a partner or a mechanical device.
