Position Overview:
The porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the food hall. This position supports both the guest and vendors by ensuring public areas are tidy, supplies are stocked, an minor maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of communal seating areas, restroom, and entryways
Provide friendly, helpful assistance to guest when needed
Walk the outside of the property regularly to remove, litter, debris, and identify and safety issues
Empty trash bins, replace liners and manage outdoor trash area.
Mop, sweep, and wipe down surfaces throughout the day
Restock condiment bar and bathroom supplies
Perform light routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and basic repairs
Proactively identify and handle cleaning or maintenance tasks without being directed
Report any larger maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately
Support event setup and breakdown as directed
Ability to flex to near by property if needed
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial, or food service roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and upkeep
-Self-motivated with proactive approach to work
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
-Reliable. Punctual, and able to work indecently or as part of a team
-Friendly and approachable with good communication skills

Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
