A day in the life

• Walk the line at start-up, verify equipment readiness, and make fine adjustments for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime; document causes and corrective actions.
• Repair or replace worn parts and components to keep machinery within spec.
• Set up equipment on production lines to meet product and safety requirements.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to improve reliability and throughput.
• Support production schedules by responding rapidly to maintenance requests.
• Participate in machine and maintenance training sessions.
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• 1–2 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Comfortable using manual and pneumatic hand tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder level
• Organized communicator who can track downtime and repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant certifications a plus
