Job Duties Position supervises the activities of inmates in the preparation and serving of meals for the population and staff. Trains inmates in all kitchen policies and procedures. Maintains a high standard of food safety sanitation and quality in a cost-efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise the work of others.
Additional Considerations Advance Knowledge Working knowledge of food safety sanitation cost controls and operating and repairing food service equipment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to include outlook.
