We’re hiring Production Associates to support the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products for a leading local food manufacturer.Responsibilities:
Assemble and package food products
Prepare ingredients and packaging materials
Work in cold and wet conditions (40°F)
Follow safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Strong attendance record — perfect attendance required for the first 90 days
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willing to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed
Experience in food production or food service is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in cold/wet environments
