Job Description:Our client is a leading food production company located here in Metro Detroit.  They are looking for a Production Associate that will be responsible for the assembling and packaging of food.   Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients for the assembly of food products
• Prepare packaging for food products
• Cold and wet conditions (40 degrees F)

 Qualifications:

• People with a strong work ethic, regardless of experience level
• Food service and/ or production experience preferred but not required
• A steady successful work history
• Be able to work mandatory overtime and weekends
• Maintain perfect attendance, no excused absences in first 90 days
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
• Work as a team to help meet production goals
• Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions (40 degrees F)
