Job Summary: 

Responsible for performing any number of activities required to keep the production of food and beverage products running efficiently within the manufacturing plant.

Johanna Foods Compensation:

• Compensation $16.00- $20.00/hour, based on skills, experience, qualifications and testing

Responsibilities

• Job duties vary but involve operating machines, including but not limited to: forklifts, fillers, down lines, incubators, labelers, palletizers and blow molds.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality system standards and the unit's food safety and security programs in support of essential manufacturing strategies and practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in similar work environment a plus.
• Requires the ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic computations
• Requires dexterity, basic mechanical reasoning, problem solving and the ability to learn
• Requires strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area that promotes safety and efficiency
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
