Responsibilities:

• Prepare poke bowls accurately according to customer orders.
• Must have good knife skills and be able to cut fish, vegetables, and other ingredients properly and safely.
• Prep and portion ingredients for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Stock ingredients, supplies, and containers as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently during busy hours and provide good teamwork with other staff members.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
• Comfortable using knives and handling raw fish.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
