Food Prep/Cleaner

The food prep & cleaner plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment while supporting daily food preparation needs. This position ensures all ingredients are prepped according to brand standards and that the store meets the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities for Food Prep:

4. prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
5. portion and label ingredients accurately for smoothie and food production
6. monitor inventory levels and communicate prep needs to management
7. follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation (FIFO)

Responsibilities for Cleaning/Sanitation:

1. 
   
4. maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including kitchen, prep stations and equipment
5. wash dishes, utensils, and blender components promptly and thoroughly
6. clean floors, counters, walls and storage areas regularly
7. take out trash and ensure waste is disposed properly
8. follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitary environment
9. clean bathrooms and lobby regularly throughout the shift
