Food Prep Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a guest driven high-volume restaurant environment
• Demonstrated commitment to Golden Corral's Mission, Values, and Beliefs 
• Experience in food preparation preferred, but not required

Food Prep Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipes and standards 
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of food items to maintain freshness 
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area while following food safety guidelines 
• Support team operations, including assisting with buffet setup and guest needs
