What You'll Do
As a Food Processing Worker, you will be responsible for:

Assisting the meat grinding crew throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations.

Transitioning machinery for breakdowns and preparing equipment for sanitation at 4 pm.

Dicing and grinding high-quality proteins to meet production specifications.

Operating equipment such as mixers, grinders, and patty presses confidently and safely.

Maintaining a clean and safe work area, follow safety procedures, and adapt to cold conditions and water spray environments.

Standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Ability to work in cold environments and endure standing for long periods.

Comfort working in water spray conditions and below-the-knee water protection.

Strong team player mentality with good communication skills.

Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.

No specific certifications required but experience in food processing is a plus.

Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
