You will work closely with your team to support meat processing activities, prepare machinery, and maintain safety standards, making a visible impact every day.
What You'll Do
As a Food Processing Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the meat grinding crew throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Transitioning machinery for breakdowns and preparing equipment for sanitation at 4 pm.
- Dicing and grinding high-quality proteins to meet production specifications.
- Operating equipment such as mixers, grinders, and patty presses confidently and safely.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety procedures, and adapting to cold conditions and water spray environments.
- Standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.
What You'll Bring

- Ability to work in cold environments and endure standing for long periods.
- Comfort working in water spray conditions and below-the-knee water protection.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, and offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 am to 5 pm. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
