Keep Our Lines Running Overnight

On third shift, you’ll be the go-to maintenance professional ensuring production machinery runs safely and consistently so we can deliver excellent equipment reliability and exceptional glove quality. You’ll perform both preventative work and urgent repairs across assembly and packaging systems in a food manufacturing environment.

A Day (Night) in This Role

  • Begin with a production walk-through, reviewing handoffs and open work orders.
  • Set up and repair assembly and packaging equipment, always meeting food safety requirements.
  • Execute routine preventive maintenance on all production assets to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
  • Install, debug, and stabilize plant equipment as new projects or upgrades come online.
  • Complete assigned maintenance projects promptly and in full compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Partner with Production to troubleshoot quality or safety concerns and align on corrective actions.
  • Follow OSHA and site safety rules in every task.
  • Accurately record maintenance activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager (e.g., work orders, time cards) to track performance and trends.
  • Use tools and equipment properly and safely; care for and store them to standard.
  • Flag and report equipment issues to the Maintenance Manager before they escalate.
  • Support Production/Maintenance assignments as needed, including overtime.
  • Provide on-call coverage when required.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

What You Bring

  • Associate degree in Maintenance Technology (or equivalent education, experience, and training).
  • 1–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Thorough grasp of maintenance terminology and best practices; strong awareness of OSHA and general safety.
  • Collaborative approach and proven success working in teams.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA expectations, and production priorities.

Schedule & Environment

  • Third-shift position with overtime and on-call coverage as needed.
  • Work is performed in production areas with strong aromas and airborne dust from ingredients, and in proximity to or while operating machinery.
