A day in the life

At our Acworth, GA facility, you arrive to a clean, well-organized production floor. You run pre-start checks, bring equipment online, and verify that temperatures, speeds, and settings match the production plan. As product flows, you watch trends, perform in-process quality checks against specifications, and log data so each batch is traceable and compliant. If a reading drifts, you pause, troubleshoot, and work with teammates to fix it quickly. You coordinate with maintenance for changeovers, keep the area sanitary, and finish the shift by completing documentation and sharing improvement ideas. Along the way, you build your know-how through hands-on training and cross-training with the team.

You will

  • Run and oversee food processing equipment for safe, efficient throughput.
  • Perform routine quality verifications to ensure products meet standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Diagnose and help resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Record production details and quality metrics with accuracy.
  • Partner with coworkers to refine processes and boost efficiency.
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow technical skills.

What helps you succeed
