Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Food Processing Team Members to join our growing food manufacturing team. In this role, you will help produce and package high-quality pork products while following strict food safety, quality, and production standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a refrigerated manufacturing environment, enjoy hands-on work, and can perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting. Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, warehouse operations, assembly line work, or general labor is preferred but not required—we provide training for motivated candidates.
Shift: 2nd Shift (Initial training will primarily take place on 1st Shift during weekdays)
Overtime: Employees should expect regular overtime, including weekends, following the training period.
Responsibilities
- Arrange bacon and pork products according to production specifications
- Press and prepare pork bellies for processing
- Hand-pack products on a fast-paced production line
- Stack finished cases and prepare products for shipping
- Rotate between multiple production workstations as assigned
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, quality, and GMP procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
- Properly wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Follow company safety policies, production procedures, and attendance expectations
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, assembly line, or general labor experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to a 10.5-hour shift
- Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality
- Ability to work full-time, including overtime and weekend shifts as required
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat, lab coat, protective gloves, and slip-resistant footwear
