Position: Food Production Worker (Peanut-Free Facility)
Location: Monroe, MI
Compensation:
  • 2nd Shift: $15.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift premium)
    • Attendance bonus: $1.00 increase for perfect weekly attendance
Shift Times:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am (possible Friday and Saturday depending on workload)
Job Responsibilities:
Pouch Packer
  • Feed good pouches into cartons, discard bad ones
  • Clean line area during changeover/cleanup
  • Maintain food safety and follow procedures
Case Packer
  • Place filled cartons in shippers, ensure correct date codes
  • Clean area during changeover/cleanup
  • Maintain food safety and follow procedures
One Packer
  • Clean hopper and bowls on Hayssen
  • Maintain food safety and follow procedures
Second Packer
  • Count shippers, clean area, take out trash
  • Maintain food safety and follow procedures
Palletizer
  • Put lids on cases, place filled cases on pallets, tag pallets
  • Clean area during changeover/cleanup
  • Maintain food safety and follow procedures
Required Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Steel-toed shoes
Recommended Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Gloves
Dress Code:
  • Jeans or khakis
  • Clean white t-shirts only
  • No shirts with strings or buttons
  • No holes in jeans or pants
  • No nail polish or jewelry
  • No piercings
  • Hair net and beard net (provided)
Additional Information:
  • Lockers provided (bring your own lock)
  • Onsite lunchroom (bring your own lunch)
    • Changing shoes required if leaving offsite to prevent cross-contamination
