As a Food Production Assembler, you'll support daily operations of food production. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to deliver results that make a difference in the quality and success of our products.
What You'll DoAs a Food Production Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and pressing dough into pie shells or tins to meet production schedules
- Filling pies and cobblers with ingredients while ensuring consistency and quality
- Assisting with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products
- Scooping flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers (from quart sizes up to 50-gallon drums)
- Placing dessert products into retail-ready packaging, applying labels accurately, and stacking trays while maintaining a clean, organized work area
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and ability to lift 30-50 lbs. with team lift assistance
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude (food production experience preferred)
