Job Title: Food Production Assembler


Pay: $15.75 - $16.75 per hour


Hours: Day shift (6am start, 10-hour shifts) & Swing shift (4pm start, 10-hour shifts) (weekdays only)

As a Food Production Assembler, you'll support daily operations of food production. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to deliver results that make a difference in the quality and success of our products.





What You'll Do


As a Food Production Assembler, you will be responsible for:


  • Preparing and pressing dough into pie shells or tins to meet production schedules
  • Filling pies and cobblers with ingredients while ensuring consistency and quality
  • Assisting with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products
  • Scooping flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers (from quart sizes up to 50-gallon drums)
  • Placing dessert products into retail-ready packaging, applying labels accurately, and stacking trays while maintaining a clean, organized work area


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and ability to lift 30-50 lbs. with team lift assistance
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude (food production experience preferred)
