Description
Wood Personnel is currently seeking food production associates for a temp to hire, full time job opportunity for a local Manufacturer located in Lebanon. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and long term job stability.
Food Production Associate Hours & Compensation:
- Continental Schedule (two on, two off and every other 3 day weekend)
- Night Shift Hours 5:45pm—6:00am
- $20.00 an hour
Food Production Associate Skills and Requirements:
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts) and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must be willing to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standard
- Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED
- Must have updated resume in order to be considered
Food Production Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and packaging of food products in a fast-paced environment
- Operate basic machinery and follow safety/food handling guidelines
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
