Responsibilities:
- Material Supply: Ensure the production line stays moving by supplying materials with zero downtime.
- Precision Weighing: Utilize industrial scales to measure ingredients according to specific recipe interpretations.
- Quality Control: Execute material rotation (FIFO) and maintain strict Food Safety and Housekeeping (GMP) protocols.
- Operational Flow: Adapt to daily schedule changes and manage high-volume production tasks in an ambient or cool environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are the top priorities.
Working hours: 3:00 AM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes.
- Familiarity with Material Rotation (FIFO) and production line supply logic.
- A "safety-first" mindset with a history of great attendance.

Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum of 90 days heavy lifting experience within 2026
- Physical Endurance: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for 100% of a 10-hour shift.
- Availability: Must be able to work 10-hour shifts with starts as early as 2:00 AM.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with daily schedule changes based on production needs.
- Compliance: Must pass an English Reading Comprehension test (for safety and recipe accuracy), background check, and employment verification.
- PPE: Willingness to wear all required gear (hairnets, beard covers, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots).
