NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking individuals for a** Food Processing/Packaging/Production** position on a Day Shift (Mon-Thu) for a 10-hour a day for a food packaging facility near Junction City. This would be a great fit for people who have previously worked in restaurants or other food service establishments looking for stability and consistency in their day-to-day schedule with established hours, great benefits and a three day weekend.

What we are seeking:

• At least 6 months of experience in food production, food manufacturing, or a food service environment.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills for accurately preparing and mixing batches.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures in a sterile production environment.
• Ability to regularly lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift.

JOB DETAILS

• Location: Junction City. OR
• Shifts: Days
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday
• Hours: 9am-7:30pm for a 10-hour shift 4 days a week
• Pay: $18/h to start
