Key Responsibilities:
-Machine Operation
Operate food production and packaging equipment, monitor output and efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to optimize quality and minimize waste.
-Maintenance & Cleaning
Perform routine maintenance on machinery including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
-Documentation
Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, equipment logs, and quality documentation.
-Regulatory Compliance
Adhere to food safety regulations and industry standards including HACCP and GMP.
Requirements
- Forklift certification (required)
- Mechanical ability and equipment troubleshooting experience (recommended)
- Bilingual Spanish skills (highly desirable)
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed
- 2+ years in food production or similar
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
