Production Manager

Salary: $140K$150K
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a production facility. This role is ideal for a loyal, detail-oriented, and experienced production professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values operational excellence.
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
Be on-site 30 minutes before the start of production to prepare and lead the team
Manage production staff, schedules, and workflow
Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
Monitor production metrics and address issues promptly to minimize errors
Maintain equipment and oversee routine maintenance
Communicate effectively with senior management about production performance and challenges
Proven production management experience (food production or manufacturing preferred)
Detail-oriented and highly responsible errors can impact costs and reputation
Strong leadership skills; able to motivate and manage a team effectively
Loyal and dependable, with a track record of staying committed to prior employers
Must be local or within reasonable commuting distance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Standard production start time: Around 7:00 AM
Manager expected on-site 30 minutes earlier
