Description: Job Title 2nd shift Production (COLD ROOM) Job Location MCCOOK, IL Job Shift 3pm-11pm Pay Rate $16.15 per hour Job Type Temp Benefits Medical, PTO, Holiday Pay, Total Staffing benefits are offered during your contract period. Job Duties/Responsibilities - Operate food production equipment and machinery to prepare, process, and package food products. - Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. - Follow recipes, production schedules, and company guidelines for food preparation. - Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. - Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and report any issues to supervisors. - Maintain accurate records of production quantities, processes, and any deviations. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Adhere to health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to operate and maintain food production machinery and tools. - Familiarity with food handling and safety standards. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. - Basic math skills for measurements and record-keeping. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
