Description: McCook 2nd Shift Food Production (COLD ROOM) Schedule - 3PM - 11PM Payrate - 16.15 / HR. Job Duties/Responsibilities - Operate machinery and equipment used in food production processes. - Monitor production lines to ensure food products meet quality and safety standards. - Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes or production guidelines. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to maintain hygiene and compliance with health regulations. - Package, label, and store finished food products appropriately. - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. - Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets. - Follow all workplace safety guidelines and food safety protocols. Qualifications & Requirements - Familiarity with food production processes, tools, and machinery. - Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and safety procedures accurately. - Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. - Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. - Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as required. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors. - Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures and conditions typically found in food production facilities.
