Description: Job Position - Food Production (COLD ROOM) Job Shift: 2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm Job Pay Rate: $16.15 Job Location: McCook, IL. Job Duties/Responsibilities - Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow. - Prepare raw ingredients and assemble food products according to specified recipes and standards. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. - Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards. - Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. - Package and label food items accurately for storage or distribution. - Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow. Qualifications & Requirements - Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. - Ability to operate and maintain food production equipment and tools. - Strong attention to detail and quality control. - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift materials, and stand for extended periods. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures. - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
