Shift: 2nd Shift A
Description: McCook Production (COLD ROOM) 2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm Payrate $16.15/hr. Job Duties/Responsibilities - Operate machinery and equipment used in food production processes. - Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or production guidelines. - Monitor production lines to ensure proper functioning and maintain consistent product quality. - Perform routine quality checks, including inspecting finished products for compliance with standards. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and machinery in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Package and label finished products accurately for distribution. - Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. - Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing raw materials. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling food products and operating equipment. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other production staff. - Previous experience in a food production environment or similar role is a plus but not required.
