Picture your day on a bustling production floor where precision, cleanliness, and teamwork keep everything moving. Depending on the shift you choose, you’ll arrive to a well-organized handoff, review line goals, and rotate through sanitation, quality checks, packaging, and monitoring automated equipment. You’ll keep defective items off the line, build correct pack counts, palletize finished goods, and leave the area spotless for the next team. Successful performers can transition from contract to full-time hire.

Schedule & Pay
- Shifts (Mon–Fri): 5:30 am–2:00 pm | 1:30 pm–10:00 pm | 9:30 pm–6:00 am
- Overtime: OT as needed
- Location: Kent, WA
- Compensation: $21.75–$23.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and remove items that do not meet quality standards
- Package and stack product to exact quantity requirements
- Palletize completed goods for shipment
- Thoroughly sanitize production lines and surrounding areas
- Monitor and respond to automated equipment indicators
- Pitch in with additional tasks as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to regularly lift 20–50 lbs
- Comfort working 8–12 hours on your feet with bending, stooping, and occasional crawling
- Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear
- Reliable transportation
- Food packaging or food production experience
- Must be able to background check and drug screen (Non-THC)
