Job Duties

• Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate needle processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Package and box finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety and production procedures

Work Environment

• Cold-temperature production facility
• Exposure to food production odors
• Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Requires standing for extended periods
• Repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 20-70 pounds
• Capable of performing physically demanding work
• Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a production environment
• Comfortable following safety and quality standards
• Previous food production experience is helpful but not required
