PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading Food Manufacturing & Distribution company in Glendale Heights, IL
Pay:
1st Shift: $16.50/hr
2nd Shift: $17.50/hr
3rd Shift: $18.00/hr
12-hour shifts required based on production needs
PROMAN Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals for multiple openings. We are seeking candidates who are flexible, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Operate production, packaging, mixing, cooking, forming, and sanitation equipment as assigned.
Package, inspect, label, and prepare food products according to company quality standards.
Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure products meet food safety and quality requirements.
Load ingredients and raw materials into production equipment as needed.
Clean and sanitize production equipment, workstations, and production areas.
Maintain accurate production flow while meeting daily production goals.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
Follow all food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support various production departments based on operational needs.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, sanitation, warehouse, or machine operation is preferred but not required.
Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments and production areas as business needs require.
Ability to work in cold, warm, or hot environments depending on department assignment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime, including weekends when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability.
Dependable attendance is required.
Must follow all company food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety policies.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
