Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Food Production Workers to join a busy meat processing facility in Owasso. This position is responsible for inspecting meat products, operating processing equipment, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and food safety standards throughout the production process.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met throughout production
• Safely operate needle processing equipment according to company procedures
• Package and box finished products for shipment and customer orders
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow all company food safety, sanitation, and safety policies
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and schedules
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned



Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing
• Experience working in refrigerated production environments
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy and consistency



Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 20–70 lbs throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Must wear required PPE and follow all food safety requirements



Work Environment
• Cold, refrigerated meat processing facility
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Exposure to food-processing equipment, refrigerated temperatures, and food production odors
• Safety and quality-focused workplace with established sanitation standards
