JOB SUMMARY: Performs specialized large-quantity food preparation work in an assigned food production unit of the Nutrition Center and to learn and use specialized large-quantity food production equipment.
SUPERVISION: Receives general supervision from a Nutrition Services Supervisor. Receives limited technical supervision from Senior Food Production Workers assigned to the unit. Exercises no supervision.
