Food Quality Field Coordinator

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Food Quality Field Coordinator

Position type: Full time - Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Atlanta, GA

As a Food Quality Field Coordinator, you will:

• Performs routine, checklist-based food quality inspections inside catering kitchens to ensure meals meet established recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Responsible for documents findings, submits reports, and supports day-to-day operational quality monitoring. This job exists to provide consistent frontline execution of defined food quality procedures across assigned locations
• Conduct routine food quality checks inside catering kitchens using established checklists and standards
• Verify meals match documented recipes, specifications, and presentation requirements, capture photos and record observations
• Document deviations in provided templates and submit structured reports to the Food Quality team
• Communicate basic quality issues to kitchen supervisors and follow direction on corrective steps
• Support monthly walkthroughs by gathering observations and assisting with simple follow-up actions as directed
• Ability to use basic tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting templates
• Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently within defined guidelines

• 3+ years in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations
• Experience with basic food safety and quality checks - preferred
• Field or kitchen-based operational experience strongly - preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
