What You'll Do

As a Food Quality Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring every product meets our quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect product samples and perform quality testing, including Brix, pH, viscosity, and other analytical tests.
  • Conduct in-process and finished product inspections to verify product quality and consistency.
  • Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and document non-conforming products and place materials on quality hold when required.
  • Perform sanitation verification, environmental monitoring, and allergen testing.
  • Monitor production areas for temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products for quality and specification compliance.
  • Review product labels for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as production needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety programs.
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing quality testing and laboratory procedures.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
