Food Runner/BusserOak Quarry is seeking talented Food Runner/Busser to join our Front of House department. Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting our General Manager and Executive Chef in executing our service operations.ResponsibilitiesPrompt, efficient service and professionalism. The primary function is the service of food and beverage, reflecting a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude.Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating.Describe specials of the day to guests, answer menu questions and offer suggestions when appropriate.Takes food and beverage orders for guests.Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.Participate in pre‑shift meetings and taste tests.Maintain an organized workstation and complete side work duties.Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food and delivery, and general service techniques.Practice positive teamwork and communication with co‑workers, management, and kitchen staff.QualificationsNo prior experience or training required.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively present information to customers, clients, and other associates.Frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear; regularly use hands to handle items; reach with hands or arms; frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.Reliable and predictable attendance.Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.Required: Active San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card.#J-18808-Ljbffr
