The Copperfield is hiring Food Runners for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoy being part of a strong, team-focused service experience.
As a Food Runner at The Copperfield, you’ll play an important role in delivering food quickly, accurately, and with great hospitality while helping keep service smooth between the kitchen and dining room.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Learn menu items and be able to describe dishes when delivering food
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and expo areas
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting dining areas as needed
• Support the front-of-house team during busy shifts
• Ensure food presentation and quality standards are met before items leave the kitchen
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to stay organized and multitask during busy service periods
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
