Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
Verify that each order is complete and accurate before serving.
Communicate with kitchen staff and servers regarding order status.
Describe dishes and answer basic menu questions when serving food.
Assist servers with guest requests as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations.
Refill water, condiments, and supplies when necessary.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Help clear tables and reset dining areas when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to carry trays and lift moderate weights.
Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but often not required.

Working Conditions:

Standing and walking for most of the shift.
Working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Exposure to busy kitchen and dining room environments.
