Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Food Runner/Expeditor to join our team! The Food Runner is the clock master of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, team player, organized, and has fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Read Servers Orders
Memorize Floor Plan and seat numbers
Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
Check with Chef and Server periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
Responsible for delivering food correctly i a timing manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server is preferred
Friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
