Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and team-focused Food Runner / Expeditor who thrives in a high-energy environment and plays a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality food to our guests.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests.
Ensure plates are complete, properly presented, and match tickets before leaving the kitchen.
Act as a communication link between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assist in organizing tickets and coordinating timing of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas.
Support servers and bussers as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
Communicate any issues, delays, or special requests clearly and efficiently.
Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, and allergy considerations.
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire.
