Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team in Hilton Head Island SC. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests tables. • Assist servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and attending to guest needs. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food running station and dining area. • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed. • Provide friendly and courteous service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
