The HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST will contribute to the mission and success of Bar RBC by personalizing and providing outstanding guest service while welcoming, seating guests and ensuring their initial dining needs are met. The HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST provides prompt and courteous service to all guests in person or by phone, creating a positive first and last impression. At all times, the HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST is expected to be attentive to Guests needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. The HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST is the first face and voice of the business. Their primary function is to ensure all guest calls are answered within 3 rings and upon arrival, guests are acknowledged, welcomed, seated and provided for, consistent with the reservation system parameters and business demands. The HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST is an integral part of the overall restaurant team providing support to servers and bartenders tables as needed and managers as directed. Service provided is consistently professional, friendly, and helpful.
