As a Food Runner, you'll be in constant motion, ensuring that dishes are delivered quickly and accurately to our guests. Your role is crucial in creating a delightful dining experience, and we value your ability to communicate effectively and handle guest requests with enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read tickets and run food efficiently.
• Describe dishes being served and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Retrieve items guests may need to enhance their meal experience.
• Assist servers with side work during quieter times.
• Ensure the station is fully stocked for both BOH and FOH needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and perceptiveness to guests' needs.
• Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations.
• Close attention to detail and the ability to take direction.
• Capable of handling guest compliments and concerns with management support.

We are very proud of our food menu as our Chefs work diligently to keep it current and very fresh. We’re open for brunch on the weekends and open late every day. We have a large team of nearly 150 employees in each location. We have restaurants in Canada, Texas, Florida, Arizona and soon to be Tennessee.
