Core Responsibilities
Exceptional Presentation: Deliver food with speed and accuracy while consistently maintaining our high standards for food quality and presentation.
Guest First Interaction: Greet every guest with a genuine smile and warm demeanor, actively contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.
Issue Resolution: Handle all guest concerns with sensitivity, patience, and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary to ensure satisfying resolutions.
Quality & Safety Check: Perform a meticulous check of every order for accuracy, completeness, special instructions, and dietary restrictions before a dish leaves the kitchen.
Standard Adherence: Ensure every plate meets the restaurant's non-negotiable standards for preparation and plating before it is served to the guest.
Effective Relay: Serve as the crucial communication bridge, quickly and clearly relaying any food-related concerns, special requests, or guest feedback to the appropriate server or kitchen staff.
Policy Compliance: Master and adhere to all restaurant service steps, procedures, and safety protocols, with an emphasis on managing food allergies and special orders.
Operations Support: Maintain strict compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
Teamwork: Follow all organizational policies and procedures to foster a harmonious and productive work environment, performing any additional duties required to support the overall team and restaurant operations.
