As we prepare to open our newest location, we’re looking for energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Food Runner & Busser team. This role is essential to delivering a great guest experience by keeping the dining room running smoothly and ensuring guests receive their food quickly, accurately, and with genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
As a Food Runner / Busser at Mia’s Table, you’ll help create an exceptional dining experience by supporting both guests and team members throughout service.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering food quickly and accurately to guests
- Ensuring plates are presented properly and match each order
- Assisting guests with drink refills, sauces, condiments, and additional requests
- Clearing and cleaning tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, patio, beverage stations, and service areas
- Working closely with Cashiers, Expo, Kitchen Staff, and Managers to maintain smooth operations
- Assisting with stocking supplies and side work throughout the shift
- Providing friendly and attentive hospitality to every guest
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
- Supporting the team during busy periods with urgency and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Friendly and professional guest interaction skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
- Food Handler Certification required
