Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly greeting.
- Protects HallPass and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies according to the Utah Department of Health and Human Services.
- Supports the FOH team by assisting guests with questions, basic order fulfillment, and running food to tables and guests.
- Supports the dishwasher to maintain a clean dish station.
- Opens/closes dining area by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or mopping floors, removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
- Keeps up with general service practices and general brand and menu knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
- Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Stock food products, maintain overall cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Perform side work duties as directed by manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 1 year plus of recent Guest Service experience.
- Comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift.
- Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Flexible on hours.
- Work independently.
- Work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
