Union Position: This position is part of the Local Union which requires complete open availability. We cannot accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

  • Keep the buffet looking and tasting great: Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets, monitor food quality to ensure it stays fresh and appealing, and transport items to and from the kitchen with efficiency
  • Ensure a clean and inviting space: Keep the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service and break down the buffet after service to clean and reset
  • Organize stock: Store food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
  • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
