Position Summary

Delivers food quickly and accurately while protecting timing, presentation, and service flow.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately • Verify modifications and special requests • Communicate with kitchen and FOH teams • Maintain clean expo and service areas • Support table maintenance as needed

Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteen's hospitality culture consistently.

Qualifications

Ability to move quickly in high-volume service. Strong communication skills. Ability to carry multiple plates safely. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
