Food Safety & Quality Assistant Director

As the Food Safety and Quality Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in creating a culture of hospitality and food safety while developing our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food Safety and Quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Back of House Director to maintain high quality of food and food safety.
• Develop a food safety culture through regular food safety audits and quality controls.

Requirements:

• Work 35-40 hours / week
• 30-35 hours in store operations
• 5-10 hours of non-operational time.
• Friday’s and Saturday’s fully open
• Two nights a week minimum
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Work on your feet
• Lift 50 lbs

Examples of non-operational time responsibilities:

• Develop team members and leaders
• Develop yourself
• Hold people accountable
• Equipment management
• Generate sales through customer experience
