Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician

All Shifts Available | No Food Industry Experience Required | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Now Hiring - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Looking for a hands-on role where the work you do actually matters? As an FSQA Technician, youll be on the front line of making sure every product that leaves our facility is safe, high-quality, and meets the standards our customers count on. No food science degree, no prior food industry background - well train you. If youre detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in doing things right, we want to talk to you.

What Youll Do

• Check incoming materials and ingredients to make sure they meet our quality and safety standards
• Review and verify production records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
• Spot and flag anything that doesnt look right, and help the team fix it fast
• Support food safety programs that keep our products safe for the people who eat them
• Work alongside production teams, sharing best practices for quality and food safety
• Take part in audits and help keep our facility inspection-ready

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn - a background in food, science, or quality is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
