Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Executive Director, responsible for the development and management of the Food Pantry and overall programmatic offerings in the Instructional Kitchen and Nutrition programs. Supervises all part-time and volunteer Food Pantry, Instructional Kitchen and nutritional programs staff.
Programmatic Responsibilities (60%):

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
In performing the functions of this position, the employee may be subjected to various physical demands including ability to move, transfer and/or transport packaged items frequently weighing twenty (25) pounds, and twisting, pushing and pulling movements.
Work Schedule, Travel, or Other Job Expectations
There may be occasional travel for conferences, workshops, and training. This position requires flexibility to a variable work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Operation of department van/vehicles to pick up and/or deliver Food Pantry and other nutritional items requires a valid U.S. driver's license.

Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5002 - Program Coordinator position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 10/25/2026. The budgeted salary range for this position is $54,000 to $58,000. This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization.
