A new restaurant opening right on ridge road, in the heart of Lakawanna's business district.

Caribbean inspired restaurant owned and operated by a long time renowned buffalo chef, with strong Caribbean island roots.

The owner and chef, has gotten together a base team that share a few core values. Most importantly being accountability and respect.
